No. Both Sky Stream and Sky Glass work without a satellite dish. Sky Stream: Our TV streaming box plugs into your TV’s HDMI port and power supply. All you need is WiFi. Sky Glass: Our smart TV streams everything via your broadband connection. No dish or professional installation needed.

Sky Ultimate TV: With Ultimate TV you get Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max & Hayu in one TV package. That’s over ​£20 a month worth of streaming apps. Enjoy 12 Sky original channels, over 30 premium channels and 90 free-to-air channels. It also includes everything in Essential TV.

How to move home when I have Sky TV?

If you're moving home, Sky can help transfer your services to your new address. We need two weeks’ notice to make sure you get set up as soon as you move in. Home Move's are free if you've signed up to Sky VIP. Eligible customers can do this for free on the MySky app. Your Home Move will cost £50 if you don't have Sky VIP or have already had a Home Move in the last year.

Is there a Sky TV remote app?

Sky offers mobile apps that allow customers to manage and control certain Sky products from a compatible smartphone or tablet.Sky Glass and Sky Stream customers can download Sky Remote to change channels, navigate menus, search, pause and play with your phone or tablet. Sky Q customers can download the Sky Go app. It features a built-in virtual remote that lets you pause, play, rewind, and change channels straight from your mobile.Both apps are available to download from Apple store and Google Play.
